MANDOG
Long-form improvisation on guitar
Japanese improvised guitarist exploring minimal and experimental music.
MANDOG is a Japan-based guitarist dedicated to long-form improvisation and instant composing.
Rooted in jazz and experimental music, his performances unfold through texture, space, and gradual transformation rather than fixed song structures. Each set is built in the moment — minimal, attentive, and responsive.
He has performed internationally and was a member of Damo Suzuki’s Network, participating in a U.S. West Coast tour and subsequent archival releases.
His work moves between acoustic and electric guitar, exploring sustained presence, silence, and dynamic interaction.
Available for international performances, collaborations, and touring inquiries.
